Abstract Submissions

The purpose of the Abstract is to help in development of the Workshop program, as well as to identify graduate students for whom registration fees will be waived. The organizers will confirm free registration of graduate students or PDFs on receipt and approval of the Abstract. Professional participants are encouraged to submit an Abstract at the time of registration. Abstracts should be submitted by February 28th 2019, but can be submitted at any time before this. They will be assessed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Abstracts should be submitted through the Workshop Registration site at the time of registration.

Abstracts should consist of the following:

Authors: Identify the presenting author in bold and underlined text.

Affiliation of the presenting author, with contact email address.

Title of the Abstract.

Text: Up to 350 words of text, with the headings: Background and aims; Methods; Results; Conclusions.

Note that Workshop space is limited, so early registration with concurrent submission of Abstracts is highly recommended. Approved Abstracts will be presented as oral presentations; there are no posters. Note that registration will be closed once the space limit is reached.
